I am a chartered sport and exercise psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council. Based in Scotland, I recently graduated with a Doctorate in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University. During my time on this program I gained experience working in a number of high performance sporting environments, including swimming, rugby, football, basketball and tennis. I have experience working with organisations, groups and individual clients of all ages. My practice can take place in person or online based on preference.

Honesty, empathy and respect are my guiding principles. My practice takes a holistic approach encompassing all aspects of a client’s life into our work. I am committed to providing a safe space where clients can feel free from judgement and explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe sport psychology is as much about personal development and wellbeing as it is about performance enhancement.
